Edu. Qualificational :-
minimum 10th pass 40% marks in English as a subject.

Age :-
17.6 to 25 years relaxation on caste certificate

Medical standard :-
candidate must fit for sea service with eye sigh 6/6 with out colour blindness and should be physically for sea services according to D.G norms.

Career growth :-
6 months as trainee O.S/T.S.A.B after 18 months obtain N.C.V 18 month onboard as N.C.V , obtain 2nd officer COC , Chief officer COC, Captain.

2. Deck Cadet

Edu. Qualificational :-
10+2 (PCM with 60% ) with 50% marks in english (either in 10th or 12th).

Age :-
candidates should not be more than 25 years at the time of enrollment.

candidate must fit for sea service with eye sigh 6/6 with out colour blindness and should be physically for sea services according to D.G norms.

Career Growth :-
18 months onboard as deck cadet with DLP OBTAIN.

2ND OFFICER CERTIFICATE OF COMPANTENCY(COC) 18 months as 2nd officer obtain chief officer certificate of compantency (coc) chief officer , captain

3. Marine Engineer

Edu. Qualification :-
  • At least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) and
  • At least 50% marks in English either in Class X or Class XII.
Age :-
shoble be less than 25 years (The Up/- age limit for admission relaxed for SC/ST candidates by 5 Years.)

4. Electrical technical officer

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
  • Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as separate subjects with minimum 50 % marks in English Language at 10th of 12th standard exam.
  • Passed three years’ Diploma with 60% marks or four year’s Degree including lateral entry, with 50% marks in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication / Communication Engineering, or Electronics and Instrumentation or equivalent.
  • The diploma /degree courses must have been recognized by any State or Central Government or the AICTE.
Age Limit:-
Not more than 35 years on date of commencement of course.

Medical Standard :-
  • Medically fit as /- the standards set by M. S. Medical Examination Rules, 2000.
  • Candidates have to qualify a full eyesight test conducted by the DG Shipping approved medical doctor before being finally selected for the course. Maximum /-missible tolerance is + 2.5 on each eye without Colour blindness.
